
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full time highly efficient and skilled general manager to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency. The Manager's responsibilities include overseeing operations as well as human resources, and finance of our branches, supervising staff's day to day activities, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you are familiar with grooming and personal treatments, a natural born leader who has excellent organizational abilities and is driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency, we'd like to speak to you
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delegating responsibilities and supervising daily business operations
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Assisting in hiring and training barbers and groomers as required.
Arranging and managing the salon employee's work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
Organizing periodic staff meetings and training.
Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
Assessing overall company performance against objectives and developing efficient processes and strategies.
ABOUT YOU:
You have:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.1 classification or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a managerial role
You pay close attention to detail and love working in teams.
Excellent working knowledge of operational procedures.
Excellent organizational skills.
Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or
Grooming is a plus.
