Starting with Ethiopia — Launching 2026
A comprehensive internship experience designed for diaspora youth to work in African countries. Internships secured through partner companies and institutions with housing, cultural immersion, and professional mentorship fully covered.
Impact: Moves beyond tourism to build professional Africa experience and create long-term diaspora pipelines.

TVOA Group Internship
Launch: 2026
Hands-on experience across TVOA companies in media & production, research & analysis, partnerships, and operations. Practical exposure to global institutions and Africa-facing projects.
Impact: Creates a talent pipeline for partners seeking Africa-focused capacity. Priority placement for AoA members.

AoA Fellowship
Launching 2027
A selective cohort of 54 high-potential youth leaders — one from each African country. Fellows participate in project-based development across policy, media, innovation, culture, and entrepreneurship.
Impact: Fellows are guided by accomplished professionals and amplified through TVOA Media channels.

Africa–Saudi Cultural Exchange
Co-Developed with TVOA Saudi-MENA Strategy — Launch: 2027
A bilateral cultural and professional exchange connecting African and Saudi youth. Spanning youth leadership, innovation & entrepreneurship, cultural immersion, and global exposure.
Impact: Positions Africa as a strategic partner in global development aligned with Vision 2030. AoA serves as a neutral connector, youth diplomacy platform, and trusted bridge.
