Please read these terms carefully before using the Ambassador of Africa platform. They govern your access to and use of our services.
By accessing or using the Ambassador of Africa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ambassadorofafrica.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access controls is prohibited.
We offer Free, Pro ($20/year), and Elite ($99/year) membership tiers. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may use our platform to discover opportunities, save and bookmark content, manage your profile, and access member benefits appropriate to your subscription tier.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically collect platform data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, post false or misleading information, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform features.
Opportunities listed on our platform are sourced from third parties. We curate and verify listings to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any opportunity.
Listing or discovering an opportunity through our platform does not guarantee acceptance, interview, or placement. All application decisions are made solely by the third-party organizations offering the opportunity.
If you submit content to our platform (such as profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve our services.
All platform content, branding, design, and software are the property of Ambassador of Africa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
If you provide suggestions or feedback about our platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambassador of Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
