JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full time highly efficient and skilled salon supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shops. The branch supervisor will report to the General Manager - having supervisory responsibilities within the Nate The Barber's Place shops including overseeing employees and finances, and controlling the quality of operations. You will also be required to evaluate the job performance of staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Shop Manager in meeting agreed-on sales targets.

• Overseeing the efficient running of the store by monitoring employee performance, resolving employee issues, and scheduling staff rotations.

Assist in building and developing positive internal and external relationships to ensure maximum income.

Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and addressing hazards.

Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

You have:

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.1 classification or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a supervisory capacity at a salon, retail store, or similar.

You pay close attention to detail and love working in teams.

Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable

Basic bookkeeping knowledge.

Excellent organizational skills.

Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or

Grooming is a plus.
