My experience has taught me that success is rarely a straight path. It is built through resilience, continuous learning and continuing improvement. Having experienced both achievements and setbacks, I am passionate about sharing the hard lessons and knowledge I have gained to help aspiring entrepreneurs accelerate their growth and avoid common school boy errors. As a mentor, my goal is to empower the next generation with the mindset and implementation skills to build successful businesses, and create meaningful impact.

Cornelius Owusu-Ansah is the Co-founder and CEO of Gaderin, an experiences marketplace connecting people across Africa with vetted local hosts offering bookable events, workshops, and gatherings. Gaderin launched in Accra, Ghana, and is expanding into other parts of Africa. Trained as a software engineer, Cornelius brings a builder's mindset to Gaderin's product, combining hands-on technical execution with strategic thinking to demonstrate how community, culture, and technology can unlock economic opportunity across the continent. Beyond Gaderin, Cornelius runs an independent consulting practice, advising founders and organizations on product strategy and technology. He is passionate about community building, African creative culture, and applying rigorous strategic thinking to entrepreneurship, with a long-term vision of creating platforms that generate meaningful economic value for African hosts, creators, and cities.

With over 9 years of experience as a professional Master of Ceremonies, communications trainer, and marketing strategist, I have trained close to 600 individuals in public speaking, communication, and confidence development. Since 2017, I have also hosted over 630 social and corporate events, working with organizations and communities across different sectors. As Founder of Mr Dei – Masterclass, I am passionate about helping emerging leaders and professionals communicate with clarity, speak with confidence, and build influence. Mentees can expect practical insights, real-world experiences, and actionable strategies that support both personal and professional growth.

I am a founder and business lead overseeing operations for Advanced Rocket Technologies (ART) and SpacePoint Egypt. My career journey spans digital development, marketing strategy, and high-level aerospace project management, including building the first space rocket company in MENA, launching the first university model rocket competition in Oman, and expanding the SatKit workshop for SpacePoint in Africa. Mentees can expect to learn how to bridge the gap between technical engineering and operational execution and navigate the "New Space" sector. My focus is on turning ambitious aerospace visions into localized realities through strategic partnerships and rigorous project leadership.

Tolu is a climate finance and development professional and the Founder of CareerCultureHQ. She currently leads climate finance impact measurement at a multibillion dollar climate fund in South Korea and previously worked at the World Bank in Washington DC. Tolu holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London and is committed to shaping future‑ready careers for young leaders.

As a marketing and multi-media production agency, HB provides creative direction and unique, strategic communication, marketing, and sales programs to projects and clients. These creative productions provide highly effective ways to reach both business-to-business customers and end-user consumers. Naa Kwaley Darko

Naa Kwaley Afua Darko is the Director of Global Opportunities under the Ambassador of Africa subsidiary of The Voice of Africa Group (TVOA), a global African institution reaching over 13 million people monthly and engaging with major platforms including the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, and Misk Foundation in Saudi Arabia. Through Ambassador of Africa, she helps connect African and diaspora youth to scholarships, internships, jobs, and leadership opportunities across Africa and globally. She also serves as Director of Global Opportunities for the Countess Foundation, which is building a continental initiative to equip 1 million women across Africa with vocational training and skills development. Naa works with organizations across the United States and Africa on youth empowerment and workforce development initiatives, including leading free malaria screening programs in Ghana with a New York–based medical technology company and training African youth in digital skills that enable remote employment. Her professional experience spans private equity, medical technology, startup operations, and global workforce development, and she is a strong advocate for African youth leveraging digital skills and global networks to access opportunities worldwide.
