Naa Kwaley Afua Darko is the Director of Global Opportunities under the Ambassador of Africa subsidiary of The Voice of Africa Group (TVOA), a global African institution reaching over 13 million people monthly and engaging with major platforms including the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, and Misk Foundation in Saudi Arabia. Through Ambassador of Africa, she helps connect African and diaspora youth to scholarships, internships, jobs, and leadership opportunities across Africa and globally. She also serves as Director of Global Opportunities for the Countess Foundation, which is building a continental initiative to equip 1 million women across Africa with vocational training and skills development. Naa works with organizations across the United States and Africa on youth empowerment and workforce development initiatives, including leading free malaria screening programs in Ghana with a New York–based medical technology company and training African youth in digital skills that enable remote employment. Her professional experience spans private equity, medical technology, startup operations, and global workforce development, and she is a strong advocate for African youth leveraging digital skills and global networks to access opportunities worldwide.
