Head of Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning

• Strengthen financial systems, controls, automation and reporting

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

• Support strategic growth opportunities, contracts and expansion

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience

• Professional certification: ICAG, ACCA or CIMA

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, reporting and budgeting

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance highly desirable
