The Nestlé Cultivate YOUth Mentorship Program 2026 is a global mentorship initiative designed to support the development of young professionals and emerging leaders. The program connects participants with experienced Nestlé leaders and industry professionals who provide guidance, mentorship, and career insights over a six-month period from May to October 2026. Participants will gain exposure to professional development tools, leadership mentorship, and cross-regional networking opportunities with peers from Africa, Asia, and Oceania. The program aims to help young professionals strengthen their leadership potential, build confidence, and expand their professional networks across international markets. Eligibility Applicants must: • Be 18–30 years old • Be a recent graduate or early-career professional • Be interested in professional growth, leadership development, and global networking • Be based in Africa, Asia, or Oceania Benefits Mentorship Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Nestlé leaders.
