Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern

BitMEX is seeking a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern to support its growth strategy across European markets, including the Netherlands, Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and the Balkans.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, affiliate marketing, client relationship management, and cryptocurrency markets while working alongside experienced sales professionals in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing sales materials for partners and retail clients.
• Assist in managing and updating CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
• Coordinate marketing materials and sales resources.
• Support outreach efforts to potential affiliates and clients through email and calls.
• Assist with webinars, conferences, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving sales processes and customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, sales, and financial markets.
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more Central and Eastern European (CEE) languages.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
