
The program was created to prepare the next generation of international leaders. Every year, around 200 students from across the world are selected based on:

Students study in one of three concentration areas:
Public Policy
Economics & Business
International Studies.
The scholarship covers:
Full tuition fees
Accommodation and board
Travel expenses
Study tours across China
Health insurance
Leadership training and networking opportunities
Access to global leaders, policymakers, and business executives.
Applicants must:
Have completed an undergraduate degree before August 1, 2027
Be between 18 and 28 years old
Demonstrate strong English proficiency
Show leadership qualities and academic achievement.
