The McKinsey Forward Learning Program 2026
Learners at any stage, whether embarking on their careers or pursuing new opportunities, can benefit from the Forward learning journey.
The program is designed to cultivate fresh perspectives, strengthen essential skills, and build lasting confidence.
Upon completion, participants will be awarded a McKinsey.org Forward digital badge and gain access to an exclusive global network of lifelong learners.
They will be introduced to several skills, including adaptability, effective communication, problem-solving, workplace relationship building, well-being, and developing a digital and AI toolkit for an evolving world of work.
The Program’s learning content is designed to be best suited for individuals who have completed at least a secondary education and have up to five years or more than 5 years of work experience but have not been responsible at any point for directly managing any colleagues.
The McKinsey.org Forward program breaks down into two levels: Core Skills and Network.
Core Skills (10 weeks): This level includes more than 16 hours of highly interactive, self-paced digital courses. Core Skills will introduce the selected candidates to several practical skills, such as adaptability, effective communication, problem-solving, well-being, innovative ways of working in a digital environment, and developing their digital toolkit, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, which we recently introduced to the program.
Network (ongoing): After graduating from the first level, the trainees can join a vibrant global network of young talent and get exclusive access to further learning and networking events.
