
The Art4Change Storytelling Fellowship 2026 is open for applications. It’s a 6-month programme (June–December 2026) for young creatives who want to improve their storytelling skills and document real stories about youth innovation.
This programme is organised by the Africa-Europe Innovation Platform (AEIP) and implemented by The African Youth Café.
Participants will:
Learn storytelling through writing, photography, video, and audio
Attend online training sessions
Receive mentorship and editorial support
Create and publish real stories about youth innovation
Practical skills in digital storytelling and content creation
Guidance from experienced mentors
A stipend to support production costs
A portfolio of published work
Networking with creatives from different regions
Many young people are creating change, but their stories aren’t widely shared.
This fellowship helps amplify those voices and shows how innovation is happening in real communities.
You can apply if you:
Are 18–35 years old
Are based in Africa, Europe, or the diaspora
Are interested in storytelling, media, or content creation
Can commit to the full 6 months
